The house turns to the inner courtyard, which is configured with the minimal elements, grass, wooden deck, gravel and a tree.
The exterior and interior blend smoothly when the glass enclosure is opened in the summer.
The interior layout is performed on two levels, on the ground floor there are kitchen, lounge and dining room in the same area, and garage, while the bedrooms on the first floor.
