Centrally located in the Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. Built one block from the beautiful Paseo de Reforma on a rectangular plot uproots a multifamily building of 6 levels and a rooftop terrace.
This construction have 8 apartments units, 5 of them have only one level, and 3 units with two levels. Configured space with 5 different types, ranging from 80 m2 to 150 m2, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with high ceilings and / or private terraces.
It is a rectangular volume with a backyard. Natural lighting and air circulation is very important for interior convenience.
The building implements Eco Technology, rainwater harvesting, recycling, and water cascading (saving until 60% of the normal consumption). On the roof, an extensive green roof, low maintenance species native to the area.
The window boxes and greenery make up the facades. Playing the modules over the main facade making a buffer plants to the dense urban outside. This facade is composed of an array of modules. It has aluminum and glass partitions becoming unique interior space. The window boxes have different species of vegetation on water consumption. Adjoining house was considered as a ground composition with respect to the immediate context of materials selection and use of the proportions of the openings in the new facade. The double height is highlighted by upright cancel.
The shared roof terrace gravels and plants have low maintenance, native place. Furniture for outdoor enjoyment of city life. Given much importance to the greenery and illumination of the project.
