The architect Warren Techentin was remodeled an existing home ( built in the 1920s ) in the neighborhood of Los Angels, Los Feliz CA, to build a house on three levels consisting of “boxes” that define the different areas of life. In the design of volumes and choice of materials, the architect has promoted natural ventilation and protection against heat and sun to cool the house.
