The straight lines and large glass walls ensure the brightness and integrating the ambient at the beach house in coast of São Paulo designed by the firm of Gardinalli & Iglesias Vila Architecture.
The project prepared by the firm Gardinalli & Iglesias Vila Architecture to the beach house, focuses on natural light with large openings and a welcoming leisure area. Precise in their lines, the project fits perfectly with the terrain in order to better use. The spaces integrated value of the interaction, the right side of 6.20 meters has large glass walls, allowing natural light to invade the entire area of living room and dinner.
Living Room
Since this is a beach house, the living room was designed to integrate entirely the balcony, with large glass doors that separate the rooms. The dining room received a table with all confectioned in white Corian, material that will not stain, does not allow accumulation of waste and odors. The porcelain flooring in light shade is present in all environments. Upstairs, four suites are contemplated with individual balconies.
Leisure Area
On the outside of the house, a ladder in aluminum tubular is connecting the upper floor to ground floor, providing coexistence among residents and visitors during leisure time. The leisure offers a sauna next to the deck of the swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, beyond the wooden deck the outside floor received non-thermal coating.
Kitchen
In the corian kitchen structures accommodates in its niches appliances and refrigerator. A kitchen cabinet with countertop, also in corian, received a stove which together with Italian hood Turboar, represents the modernity. The wall coated with ceramic that resembles a texture of cast iron provides a cosmopolitan flair to the space.
