An apartment located at East River in New York, has been revised and remodeled by the owners. Exposed brick walls and ceiling beams make it a typical New Yorker with a touch of more rustic. Renovation was conducted with the goal of keeping the historic character of the building dated 1839; actually it was the former factory.
