House in Las Rozas by A-cero Architects
A-cero presents its new home: a series of books and sheets built together as a perfect game that blends the boundaries between art and architecture.
Under aesthetics A-cero, a modern projecting, blocks and slabs to define the design of these sculptural references to residential development.
The house is situated in Las Rozas, one of the richest city of Madrid. The house plot is 1.368m2 A-slope surface light candle to fit the building with three floors: the basement, ground and first floor.
The building area is 762.47 m2.
The pedestrian access is from the ground floor where there are more social rooms (bedroom, living room and dining room), right in the family. On the left are the following rooms: bathroom, cleaning the room, courtyard, kitchen – office, storage and cleaning of the room. This level is also a veranda that communicates with the dining room. An internal staircase and lift has to communicate this level with the basement and first floor.
The first floor was 273.46 m2 and includes the following rooms: two bedrooms with children dressing rooms, bathrooms and living room, guest bedroom “in the bathroom, master bedroom with two dressing rooms and bathrooms, a study that He communicates with the catwalk – library (which also get access from the master bedroom) and two small courtyards The basement includes plant quarters, storage room, a quarter’s garden tools and bicycles, swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage room, cinema and wine cellar.
The apartment has two swimming pools and jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor).
They are distinguished by their distribution diaphanous interior, its comfortable accommodation and housing, with rich areas. The beige marble walls and ceilings tried to produce a lot of clarity and brightness of the interior. In addition, these colors create a spacious feeling in the house.
