Associated with the contemporary form and function was defined by the concept architects for this project. Each space created reveals the clean traces and practicality highlighted throughout the proposal. For the public area, sober tones were elected with details in warm colors.

Modernity and the boldness of this apartment in Balneario Camboriu are the result of an interior design today. Comfort and convenience were added to the elegance desired by the owners, a language entirely urban.

A custom home. The realization of this dream becomes perfectly feasible with efficient planning. The entire layout of a property can be modified and appropriate to the interests and needs of residents. In this apartment, located on Atlantic Avenue in Balneario Camboriu, changes began when the couple received the keys. Architects André Gasparetto and Georgia Vassoler Rosa from the office AGE Architecture, were hired for the service and received the mission to transform the residence in a pleasant and functional so that customers could receive their children and their families. The predilection of the inhabitants of environments with different design encouraged professionals creates unique spaces, cozy and sophisticated.

The most significant changes occurred at the inner of the apartment, which was equipped with two bedrooms for the couple’s children, besides the master. This, in turn, got to be in private, closet, balconies and private bathrooms. For this whole area, the architects specified wood laminate flooring. Already in public environments and in moist, preserved the existing finish, in polished granite. The intervention also happened in leisure. On the main terrace, the barbecue was eliminated to create a “room for lunch.” The support of the sink was kept and added to refrigerator, microwave, stand to serve and appropriate furniture. The balcony of the dining room gave way to a playroom. Both were closed so they could be enjoyed throughout the year. “We redid the whole house automation, as well as supplement the electrical and air conditioning installations, depending on the layout changes,” explains Georgia. Part of the ceiling plaster had to be redone in light of these changes.

The large living room received an elegant and cozy ambiance, with corners well planned. In being, this serves as home theater, willing chenille sofa in graphite, rug and cotton panel of TV in inlaid hardwood. This same material as the large panel installed on the opposite wall, creating a sort of partition with the dining room. In the central part, mirrors give lightness to the structure, which hides a closet used to store dishes. “The client needed a lot of space and found this solution,” argues architect.

All furnishings have been carefully selected, as well as materials and coatings, chosen together with the client to convey personality to every environment. In public areas, the architects mixed sober tones and color in detail. In the private area followed a monochromatic proposed to translate the tranquility expected.
