Eco Friendly House at Malibu
Lies on the hills of Malibu the house was designed by Kanner Architect has using of innovative construction techniques and made from environmentally (Eco) friendly materials and recycled.
The house has an unusual geometry and grows vertically upright on a hill in Malibu, California, offering a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean.
This house has an area of 3,300 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is equipped with large bright windows protected which limit the need for artificial lighting, the roof also has photovoltaic solar panels that collect energy from the sun .
The ground floor consists of concrete floors which act as sinks of energy in tension during the day and release it at night.
Finally, motion sensors ensure that lights in a room turn off if it is not settled to hold perfectly every little wasted energy.
An example of very successful housing project, which proposes a modern architecture and captivating and that meets all the requirements of eco-environmental compatibility.
